The Ava and the Theo are American Oak with upholstered seats, the Ava upholstered in the back as well and the Theo with a timber ladder back, while the Lindfield has a studded curved back and the Roseville is a tub chair. The frame's timber and finish, the fabric and the chair's size can all be changed to sit with your table.
What dining chairs does Goldenwood make?
Upholstered chairs, a ladder-back and a tub chair. The Ava Dining Chair has its seat and back upholstered over high-density foam, on a four-leg frame with concealed corner blocking. The Theo Ladder Chair pairs a padded seat with a timber ladder back, braced by corner blocks and under-seat rails. Both are shown in solid American Oak with a clear matt two-pack finish.
The Lindfield has a curved back and seat edged in stud detailing, on outswept legs. The Pymble sets a tall upholstered back on square tapered legs, the Fairford an upholstered seat and back on an open frame, and the Roseville is an upholstered tub chair with wraparound arms.
The Ava and the Theo have a standard seat height of 470 mm. The Ava stands 800 mm tall and the Theo 840 mm, and both come with felt glides to spare the floor.
Will the dining chairs match my table?
Yes. The Ava and the Theo are shown in American Oak, the timber of the Beaumont Round, Kanso and Elin dining tables. For a table in another timber, the chairs can be made in any timber on the materials page.

- Are the chairs available in leather?
- None is shown in leather. The Ava is shown in a charcoal fabric and takes custom fabrics, so ask about leather at the consult before planning around it.
- Can I see the fabric and timber against my table first?
- Yes. The consult can be held at your home, with timber samples and finishes brought to it, so you see them in the room the chairs are for.
- Are the chairs made in the same workshop as the tables?
- Yes. The chairs and the dining tables are both made to order at the Wetherill Park workshop in Sydney, so a table and its chairs can be drawn together.
